She said: ‘Oh, I’m 100 per cent body confident, but I never used to be. I used to suffer from eating disorders and I never liked how I looked. I battled that for six years and it’s a long journey.

‘I always say to my followers, there’s a light at the end and you can get through it, just like anything else.’

Asked what her favourite part of her body is, Malin said: ‘I love my bum! It’s just a nice-shaped a**! And I love my tattoos too. I love everything about me – everything is equal’.

In the racy video, Malin burst through her patio doors in her lingerie as she grinned at the camera.

The reality star was then seen laughing as she cooked on her barbeque before relaxing on the sofa with a drink.

Malin, who danced to Jennifer Lopez’s I’m Real, captioned the video: ‘Keeping it real for my first reel’.

Elsewhere in her interview, Malin admitted she thinks it’s ‘sad’ that certain celebrities edit their pictures for social media.

The star admitted she used to edit her own pictures before uploading them but now feels it isn’t right to portray something online that is not real.

Malin said that her attitude towards her body changed when she became pregnant with her daughter Consy, who passed away in January 2019 after she was born seven weeks premature.

Malin explained that she learned to forget about her ‘external’ appearance and realised how beautiful people’s bodies are.

It comes after Malin recently shut her critics down in the best way on Friday, after they complained that she was ‘in her underwear all of the time’.

The star was clad in pretty blue lingerie while holding a matching parasol as she hit back at the trolls on her social media page.

Malin said to the camera ‘people throwing shade about me being in my underwear all of the time’, before running off into the distance while holding the parasol.

She ensured she got the message across by captioning the clip: ‘YA’LL CAN ONLY THROW SHADE ON WHAT SHINES BETCHESS.’
