Gerard Butler masks up in casual look as he grabs lunch with friends at Soho House in Malibu

Gerard Butler is getting ready to return to work, as Hollywood reopens amid the global COVID-19 pandemic.

And the 300 star has already begun taking advantage of reopened businesses, enjoying some social outings.

He masked up Friday in a casual look, as he took a call while arriving to meet a friend for lunch at Soho House in Malibu, during a break from quarantine.

The 50-year-old donned a white t-shirt with army green cargo pants and a pair of navy blue sneakers. 

He finished the look with some silver aviators, a matching necklace and a gray face mask, taking precautions against the coronavirus. 

Butler was later spotted rocking a cool night-on-the-town ensemble, as he stepped out for dinner Saturday at Nobu Malibu.

He went retro chic, sporting a ’70s style cognac leather jacket with a grey t-shirt and some faded jeans.

The Scottish actor’s latest movie Greenland was recently delayed once again, now set for a September 25 US premiere.

It was previously set to debut in July, before being pushed to August 14; the film has already premiered in Belgium and France, with a Scandinavia premiere set for August 12.

He teamed up with Angel Has Fallen director Ric Roman Waugh once again for the apocalyptic family drama.

Butler stars as the father of an estranged family, whose attempt to mend their relationship is interrupted by the impending arrival of a catastrophic comet.

He told Entertainment Weekly in June: ‘It’s almost uncanny the similarity to what’s going on today with COVID, with Black Lives Matter protests, because we always felt that our message was about humanity coming together. And these things always tend to bring us together.’
