TALK OF THE TOWN: Robbie Williams admits he no longer wants to cheat on his wife… after SIX YEARS

In what must be a world masterclass in what NOT to say to your beloved, Robbie Williams has confessed to wife Ayda Field that it took six years for him to stop thinking about cheating.

That’s how long the singer, 46, says it took him to realise Ayda was his ‘perfect love’.

Speaking to Ayda, 41, on their family podcast, he blamed his temptation to stray on coming from a broken home and the female attention he got in Take That.

Nice excuse Robbie, but after such an admission you’ve got a few more years to do – in the dog house.

The craze for celebrities being paid to record personalised messages for fans has had a surprising side-effect: it’s revealed how much their star power is really worth.

You want a message from Caitlin Jenner? That’ll be £2,000.

Chaka Khan? £450. From Posh British TV adventurer

Ben Fogle? Er, £58. Perhaps it’s time Ben reinvented himself as a disco star…

Seems TV quiz show host Anne Robinson is still firing out acid-tongued quips – even to her own family.

The 75-year-old’s daughter Emma, her husband, their two sons and their two dogs have been staying with her in the Cotswolds during lockdown.

The queen of mean’s verdict? ‘It was Socrates, I think, who said, “Looking after two children was like being in charge of a couple of miniature drunks.” I’d extend that to cover the whole family.’

Back to splendid isolation, Anne!
