A garden shed in north London with a £1,500-a-month rent is being billed as a ‘gorgeous immaculate log cabin’.

The three-bedroom ‘designer’ cabin in Muswell Hill is a sunlight trap with plenty of storage, a smart TV and Freeview, and an ‘interesting layout,’ according to an advert placed on property rental website Spareroom.

The landlord wants someone to move in at the end of the month – and suggests splitting the rent between three ways, making it £616 per room.

This log cabin near Highgate Station has an outdoor terrace with a table and two chairs that is perfect for sunny breakfasts and summer BBQs. The three-bedroom property can sleep four, according to the landlord, who recently advertised the property

The little home is in a large ‘well kept’ garden with an outdoor deck and private entrance, just a short bus ride away from Highgate Station.

There is underfloor heating, a small, fully-equipped kitchen and a ‘stylish new shower room’ with wood effect tiles.

The landlord describes one of the bedrooms as a ‘charming and magical mezzanine sleeping area’.

The rent includes all bills, wifi and free parking.
