Halsey had to suspend her tour in support of her latest studio album, Manic, in March when COVID-19 was deemed a pandemic.

With more personal time on her hands, the pop star headed out on Thursday and visited a friend before stopping by a grocery store in her adopted hometown of Los Angeles.

And from the looks of her big beaming smile, the New jersey native couldn’t have been happier as she enjoyed her day out and about.

Beaming: Halsey, 25, was all smiles when she took off her protective mask during a grocery run at a store in Los Angeles on Thursday

The Graveyard singer, 25, looked fresh-faced and make-up free when she stepped out of the store pushing a shopping cart full of groceries.

Opting for casual-comfort in the fashion department, she wore white sweatpants with a black sports bra that showcased her toned midriff.

The ensemble also helped showcase her array of tattoos on her arms, back and shoulders.

During her time in the store and her walk in the parking lot, she donned a black protective mask, in adherence to health and safety protocols amid the still ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Halsey’s third studio album, Manic, was released in January. It came on the heels of the first single Nightmare, which debuted in the top fifteen in the US in May 2019, and Graveyard that reached the Top 40 in fifteen countries worldwide after its release in September 2019.
