GMB’s Laura Tobin is frozen in terror as a COW invades her weather report

‘I’ve never been so scared on the weather!’ GMB’s Laura Tobin is frozen in terror as a COW invades her report and nearly knocks over the camera

She’s used to broadcasting from some of the UK’s most picturesque locations.

But Good Morning Britain’s Laura Tobin admitted she’d ‘never been so scared’ after her live weather report was invaded by a cow on Friday.

Reporting from a stunning field in Gloucestershire, the meteorologist, 38, was frozen in terror as one of the cows slowly walked towards them, and even came dangerously close to knocking over the camera.

‘Mooo-ve over’! Good Morning Britain’s Laura Tobin admitted she’d ‘never been so scared’ after her live weather report was invaded by a cow on Friday

Laura shared a glimpse of the beautiful sunrise as she presented a weather report from the village of Stroud near The Cotswolds.

As she told viewers that the long-awaited heatwave was set to begin that day, Laura couldn’t hide her giggles as the cows began to wander around her.

Frozen to the spot she told hosts Adil Ray and Ranvir Singh: ‘I’m going to stay as still as I can.

‘I’ve never been so scared on the weather live! There was a massive one and it was sniffing everything and knocked the camera!’

Back in the studio a laughing Adil said: ‘We saw the camera move and i did wonder was that a cow?’

Shouting to the cow he added: ‘Oh hello it’s coming, come on love!’ as it began to wander towards the camera.

Ranvir joked: ‘I did see a calf and I think on a serious note with calves you have to be really careful and not get too close because the cows can be very protective.’

Regardless Laura found the amusing side in her segment, as she later tweeted: ‘Mooo-ve over! I think we were on the cows path! They were very interested in us!’

This is not the first time that Laura has faced peril during her weather reports, as just last month she was stranded on a paddle board in the middle of the River Thames.

Screeching as she tried to stay afloat, Laura said: ‘The scenes are beautiful. Beautiful blue skies greeting us this morning on what is set to be the hottest day of the year so far with 35C to 35C across the south east.’

Later she added: ‘It’s really not going well… I’ve hit the edge, pretty rubbish paddle boarding!’
