Cat Deeley lists her lavish Beverly Hills mansion for just under $5 million

Cat Deeley has put her Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $4.995 million (£3.8 million), it was revealed on Thursday.

The sprawling mansion is a four bedroom contemporary home that spans 3,804 square feet, and the ridge-top property boasts modern furnishings, a pool area with stunning cross-canyon views, as well as its own spa.

The TV presenter, 43, first bought the property back in 2006 for $2.7 million (£2.05 million), according to Variety, and has since done extensive renovations to update the late 1970s home that she lives in with husband Patrick Kielty and their sons Milo, four, and James, two.

Homeowners will have ultimate privacy at the lavish property, as it is surrounded by towering hedges, palm tress and other flora to completely protect it from outside view.

The 1970s exterior will no doubt feel inviting as the chic white walls and vine-encrusted facades give the mansion a warm and welcoming feel for any who come to visit.

And inside it is much the same thanks to the open-plan design of the house, which also sees the living room areas dominate the top floor to take full advantage of the stunning views.
