Home and Away’s Luke Jacobz wears a mask on Sydney’s Bondi Beach as he teases his return to Summer Bay
He is set to reprise his role as Angelo Rosetta on Home and Away after almost a decade away.
And Luke Jacobz, 39, took the opportunity to tease fans about his return to Summer Bay while wearing a mask on Bondi Beach on Wednesday.
Taking to Instagram, Luke covered his face with a surgical mask, sunglasses and black and red headphones.

‘Who’s the ghost from the past @homeandaway… can you guess from the front?’ he wrote, adding the hashtags backtothebay, staysafe and covidstyle.
The actor then added: ‘It’s strange to thing… this is just the normal look now.’
A number of the show’s fans were clearly pleased with Luke and his return to the beloved Australian drama.
‘Looking forward to seeing you back in the bay mate, we were devastated when Angelo was shot,’ one fan wrote. Another added: ‘Angelo’.

Luke recently relocated from Los Angeles to Sydney to reprise his role as Angelo. He previously told The Daily Telegraph that Channel Seven contracted him in January.
‘[Network executives] called me in and said, “How do you feel about Angelo coming back to the bay?”‘ said the actor.
‘I said ”very good” – and almost straight away it was, ”Okay, let’s get a haircut, a wardrobe fitting and look at some scripts,” he enthused.

Earlier this month, Luke revealed how the coronavirus pandemic had negatively impacted his relationship with his American fiancée, Raychel Stuart.
Luke, 39 said: ‘Unfortunately the last time I saw her was in January.’
The former X Factor host revealed that the couple had plans to relocate Down Under later this year, however they’ve been postponed.

‘She was actually supposed to be moving over here around now so she obviously hasn’t been able to get over yet or even to come to set and watch,’ he explained.
‘We were planning that with each production break over the year I would fly over there with an empty suitcase and just pack a T-shirt and start bringing her stuff back and forth,’ he told the publication.
