Kyly Clarke nails sports chic as she offers a glimpse of her gruelling gym workout

She is set to turn 39 on August 9. 

And making sure she’ll look good for the big day, Kyly Clarke hit the gym for a gruelling workout, which she documented on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday. 

The beauty nailed sports chic in a cropped white top and stylish khaki colour-clock leggings as she offered a glimpse into her exercise routine.  

Kyly, who is mother to daughter Kelsey Lee, looked in the element as she did a set of squats with a weight in each time. 

‘Squat it like you just gotta get it done [sic],’ she added a caption.  

In another Story,  she hooked her leg into a resistance weight attached to a machine. 

Kicking her leg back, she explained that it ‘makes the muscles in her thighs grow.’

She also did the same exercise, but this time lifted her leg to the side. 

Motivated by her own efforts in the gym, she told her followers to ‘make time’ to workout.  

Kyly session at the gym comes after ex Michael Clarke told The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

on Friday that his friendship with the former model ‘is as strong as it’s ever been’ despite their separation.

The former sportsman, who is now dating fashion designer Pip Edwards, said he was still on good terms with Kyly as they continue to co-parent their four-year-old daughter Kelsey Lee.

‘I think I’m extremely lucky to have been able to go through a separation with the mother of my child and us still be great friends,’ he said.

‘I actually think Kyly and my friendship now is as strong as it’s ever been. 

We still talk daily and I think you’ve heard Kyly say as well both of us will always prioritise our daughter and a big part of that is a friendship between mum and dad.’
