She added:  ‘I know it took me a nanosecond to respond, but seriously, I would do live TV any day of the week rather than try to be a teacher for my son.’

The singer has revealed that she has sought help from online sources and teachers and has been, ‘Googling non-stop’.

‘I even called his teacher to ask how she does that each day and then go home to two kids, but she reassured me it’s always harder to teach her own kids,’ she said.

Dannii sparked backlash after it was revealed that she was given a medical exemption, allowing her to avoid hotel quarantine along with the $2,800 bill.

However, the actress hit back, saying she was excused due to suffering from crippling claustrophobia.

‘I wouldn’t ask for a “celebrity” treatment or to have anything special granted to,’ she told The Daily Telegraph.

‘I went by the book, I made sure my priority was keeping everyone safe – everyone.’
