Brigitte Nielsen keeps cool in pale blue midi dress on trip to LA park with toddler daughter Frida

She celebrated her 57th birthday two weeks ago.

And on Monday, Brigitte Nielsen was spotted enjoying a trip to a park in Los Angeles with her husband Mattia Dessi and their two-year-old daughter Frida.

The couple wore face coverings on the outing with their adorable toddler.

Nielsen was dressed for comfort in a pale blue short sleeve midi dress with a split on one side.

She stepped out in flip flops and added a matching pale blue peaked hat.

The Danish-born star of Red Sonja and Rocky IV married Italian Dessi, 41, in 2006.

In June 2018, at the age of 54, she gave birth to her fifth child and first daughter after undergoing IVF.

She has four adult sons from previous relationships. 

Nielsen previously revealed to People that she knew she wanted to have a child with dessi shortly after meeting him.

So at age 40, she decided to freeze her eggs and following their marriage she embarked on a decade-long effort to get pregnant via in vitro fertilization.

‘It is such a long road,’ she told People. ‘What I want women to know is that everything is possible, but you have to be realistic.’

The model and actress went on: ‘If you do IVF, 80 percent of the time, it doesn’t work. It’s that phone call going, ‘It’s negative.’ It’s the waiting. It’s a lot. It’s a big, big journey.’

She added: ‘Another thing is it is expensive. It doesn’t come easy or cheap if you do it my way. I want people to know that.’
