But Pip Edwards took a break from her healthy lifestyle on Sunday as she smoked a cigarette during a romantic cruise with her boyfriend, Michael Clarke.
The P.E Nation founder, 40, looked relaxed as she puffed away while cruising through Sydney Harbour on celebrity accountant Anthony Bell’s $15million superyacht.

Pip was also seen sipping from a glass of rosé as she smoked her afternoon ciggie.
Pip, who said in March that cutting down on alcohol had helped her slim down, clutched the wine glass in one hand while pinching the cigarette in the other.
A P.E Nation spokeswoman recently confirmed that Pip is a social smoker, after she was spotted with a packet of Dunhill cigarettes last month.
