Mark told fans on Instagram: ‘Three days La Cala, five days Majorca, three days Ibiza. Of course ending with a bang of course, Ibiza.
‘First session back, I’m telling you now. Not only am I a little bit podge, but I am out of my (depth).
‘Tomorrow will be a better day. I didn’t want to do it. If you don’t want to do anything else right now, get up, get it done, and ‘Train Wright’.’

Mark told his fans that he ‘wanted to get back into it’ following his return from holiday, as he insisted that training eventually ‘becomes addictive’.

Despite appearing to initially be happy to be home, the holiday blues soon set in as Mark shared a snap of himself enjoying a cocktail while watching the sunset.
