‘I don’t like him!’ Bachelor in Paradise’s Brittney Weldon breaks down in hysterical tears as she refuses a date with Niranga Amarasinghe
Brittney Weldon has been unlucky in love so far on Bachelor in Paradise.
She’s been strung along by Jamie Doran who has been handing her ‘friendship roses’ to keep himself in the game.
Brittney finally made a connection with Jackson Garlick when he entered paradise on Tuesday night, only to become upset when he got flirty with Cassandra Mamone, giving her a massage.
So upset! Brittney Weldon (pictured) broke down on Tuesday’s episode of Bachelor in Paradise when her love interest Jackson Garlick flirted with Cassandra Mamone and then Niranga Amarasinghe asked her on a date
‘I just feel like I want this so bad and I’m everyone’s, like, second choice,’ she said, becoming tearful.
Later that day when Niranga Amarasinghe was given a date card – and picked to spend the evening with Brittney – it all became too much for her.
Once she was picked for the date, she began ranting: ‘What? I’m actually not really happy that Niranga’s just chosen me for this date card.

‘I don’t understand why he would do that when he knows we’re just friends and I have a potential spark with Jackson.’
Becoming progressively more upset, Brittney began crying and became hysterical.
‘He’s doing that last-minute stitch to try and get a rose from me. This always happens to me, like, being second choice. It’s just really disrespectful to my feelings.
Brittney began crying and became hysterical: ‘I don’t even want to go on it. I don’t know why I’m put in this situation of going on a date with someone I don’t like!’
She then began crying out: ‘I don’t want to go on this date. I don’t want to go on this date. I’ve had a bad day and, you know, I just don’t want… Why would I want to go on a date where I don’t like someone like that?’

She then began crying out: ‘I don’t want to go on this date. I don’t want to go on this date. I’ve had a bad day and, you know, I just don’t want… Why would I want to go on a date where I don’t like someone like that?’
Retreating to her room, Brittney threw herself on the bed where she was comforted by Renee Barrett who gently said, ‘He just wanted to take you on a date’.

‘I don’t care!’ Brittney howled. ‘And I don’t want to sound like a bitter b**ch, but I’m not interested!
‘I’m not gonna give him my rose. I don’t want to go on this date. This is a joke!’ she carried on.
In a preview for Wednesday’s episode, Renee is shown breaking the bad news to Niranga, telling him, ‘She is bawling her eyes out. She doesn’t want to do it’.
