Jesinta Campbell and Buddy Franklin reveal how welcoming daughter Tullulah has taught them to ‘be more present’ and to ‘enjoy the little things’
Jesinta Campbell and Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Tullulah, back in February.
And the pair have just reflected on what parenthood has taught them.
They told The Daily Telegraph this week: ‘Parenthood has taught us to be more present.’

‘We can get so caught up with work and it’s easy to spend a lot of time on social media, but since having Tullulah around, it has made us enjoy the little things and be more present in life and with each other.’
The former beauty queen, 28, was able to keep the early months of motherhood low key, spending it with her Sydney Swans star husband, 33, in lockdown because of the coronavirus pandemic.
‘Without sounding naive to how challenging lockdown was for so many people, we truly feel it was a blessing in spending more quality time with each other,’ Jesinta said.

Jesinta said that she also hopes to adopt a slower-paced lifestyle and spend plenty of quality family time together.
Last week, the couple enjoyed a peaceful walk together with their baby girl along the coast in Sydney.
She shared a photo of Buddy looking out at the sunrise as the waves crashed below.
He dressed in a cosy puffer jacket with his hood up, while strapped to his chest in a carrier was little Tullulah, who appeared to be wearing a white bonnet.

She added: ‘Took our little angel for a morning stroll along the coast.’
Jesinta and Buddy announced they were expecting a child in August last year.
The couple tied the knot back in November 2016 at the lavish yet intimate ceremony at Wildenstein Gardens in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales.
