The Kyle and Jackie O Show is DUMPED from the airwaves after Sandilands tried to make a guest say a shocking swear word live on air

They’re the Australian radio personalities known for pushing the boundaries.

On Friday, The Kyle and Jackie O Show was pulled from the airwaves after they attempted to bypass the KIIS FM censor with a different language.

The Spanish-speaking guest was teaching Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson the word ‘cantando’, which means ‘singing’.

They said what?! The Kyle and Jackie O Show is DUMPED as they try to get a shocking swear word through the censor by speaking Spanish

Kyle asked the guest to repeat the word several times, before requesting he say the world slowly.

Jackie immediately picked up on what Kyle was trying to do, as the start of the Spanish word sounded similar to an offensive English swear world.

But it immediately caught the censor’s attention, forcing the show to be pulled from the airwaves.

The broadcast abruptly ended and a booming voiceover said: ‘This station you’ve been listening to has been dumped.

‘This means someone has said something inappropriate and is getting in trouble. The broadcast will return in seconds.’

‘Dumping’ is radio terminology for when a live show is cut off because the broadcast delay (usually around 45 seconds) is insufficient to censor inappropriate content.

When they returned to air, Kyle excitedly asked whether they were able to air the word before they were dumped – but to no avail.

‘I’m pretty sure we got the Spanish word out. I’m just wondering if it got out,’ Kyle asked.
