Halsey flaunts her taut midriff in a vintage band tee as she carries a case of beer onto a yacht

She took to social media on Tuesday to offer support to Kanye West after users poked fun at the rapper following his rally in South Carolina.

But Halsey was in a relaxed state of mind on Tuesday as she enjoyed time on the water off the coast of Los Angeles on the Tuesday.

The 25-year-old singer showed off her toned midriff in a vintage crop top as she carried beverages onto a yacht in Marina del Rey.

Her trim waist was on display in the vintage Sepultura blue floral tee, which she tied on both of her sides, and was rolled under her chest.

She teamed the top with slip on sandals and a brown button-up midi skirt.

The Without Me singer covered most of her famous face in brown oval shaped sunglasses and blue medical face mask.

Going for a stylish look, she tied her raven colored locks up into two buns on the sides of her head.

The hitmaker was joined by friends for a day on the water as the coronavirus pandemic continues to keep many businesses closed in Los Angeles.

Earlier in the day, after Kanye West‘s controversial rally in South Carolina, where he claimed Harriet Tubman never really freed slaves and made other outlandish remarks, she offered support.

The 43-year-old rapper has opened up about his struggles with bipolar disorder in the past, and now Halsey (real name Ashley Nicolette Frangipane) is speaking about her experiences having bipolar disorder.

While Halsey never mentions West by name in a series of several tweets, it seems clear she’s referring to West’s now-infamous incident on Saturday night.

‘No jokes right now. I have dedicated my career to offering education and insight about bipolar disorder and I’m so disturbed by what I’m seeing,’ Halsey began.

‘Personal opinions about someone aside, a manic episode isnt a joke. If you can’t offer understanding or sympathy, offer your silence,’ she added.

In another tweet, she added, ‘A lot of people you know probably have bipolar disorder and you aren’t aware of it.’

‘Taking this opportunity to make offensive remarks and villify people with mental illnesses is really not the way to go…this is the exact triggering s**t that causes people to keep quiet about it,’ she added.

‘You can hate someone’s actions or opinions without contributing to stigma that damages an entire community of sometimes vulnerable people all for a couple of laughs,’ the singer continued.’

The singer added that you can personally ‘think someone is an a**hole’ without resorting to making jokes that harm a community.

‘Lots of people with mental illnesses are great. Lots of them are assholes. Because they are people. With nuanced personalities,’ she said.

‘But making jokes specifically targeted towards bipolar hurts more than the 1 person ur angry with,’ the singer continued, concluding her thoughts with, ‘Sincerely, Human Being with a Decade Long Bipolar Diagnosis.’

The singer was bullied as a teenager, which lead to a suicide attempt at the age of 17, when she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

West revealed in a 2019 interview with David Letterman that he has bipolar disorder, while detailing his treatment.
