Shia LaBeouf heads to set after Kanye West accused him of skipping out on GAP photoshoot

Shia LaBeouf was focused on work and not drama as he made his way to set on Tuesday.

The Transformers actor, 34, tried to keep a low-profile while heading to an LA filming location not long after Kanye West accused him of skipping one of his Gap photoshoot during a his recent rants.

While Shia briefly chatted with a friend, it didn’t look like he was in the mood to talk about the tweets.

The former Disney Channel star was in his normal clothes, rocking a yellow basketball jersey, olive green pants and a mask emblazoned with the name of metal band Pantera.

He hurried towards set and behind an imposing security gate, avoiding any unnecessary conversations.

Kanye took aim at the actor/conceptual artist during a now-deleted Monday night Twitter rant, claiming the Honey Boy writer/actor had been ‘deposed [sic] to do the first YZY GAP shoot and he never showed up.’

He followed it up with a tweet that said: ‘Shia is a cap’ – slang for a liar.

Kanye had previously considered Shia somewhat of a style icon. In his song No More Parties in L.A., he rapped: ‘I wish I dressed as fresh as Shia LaBeouf.’

In 2018 LaBeouf told Esquire her actually let Kanye raid his closet when the rapper stopped by his house to discuss an art collaboration.

According to Shia, the Yeezus rapper went a little overboard and ‘took all my f***ing clothes.’

But LaBeouf only had good things to say about West in the interview, telling the men’s magazine: ‘I f***ing love Kanye West.’

Shia wasn’t the only one Kanye went after during his stream-of-consciousness Twitter spree.

He also accused wife Kim Kardashian and mother-in-law Kris Jenner of trying to get a ‘doctor to lock [him] up.’

In the other now-deleted tweets, he appealed directly to Kim and her momager Kris Jenner to contact him at his ranch in Wyoming where he has been living, adding that he didn’t want his mother-in-law around his four children.

‘Kriss don’t play with me you and that calmye are not allowed around my children Ya’ll tried to lock me up,’ he said, apparently referencing Jenner’s boyfriend Corey Gamble.

Kanye also took a stab at the Keeping Up With The Kardashians, saying he loved his wife and wanted his family to live with him despite them filming the reality TV series.

While supporters expressed concern for him on social media after the outburst, his billionaire friend Elon Musk reassured one fan by tweeting: ‘We talked about an hour ago. He seems fine.’

Late into the evening, Kanye capped off his Twitter tirade with a tweet saying his new album, DONDA, would be released on Friday.

Among his barrage of tweets was one in which he compared himself to Nelson Mandela, saying: ‘If I get locked up like Mandela yall will know why’.

He also referenced Get Out, a horror film about race relations, in a few of the tweets: ‘Everybody knows the movie get out is about me.’

The film is about a black man who meets his white girlfriend’s parents for the first time, only to discover how they’re part of a cabal that harvests black people for their organs, brains, and bodies.

In other tweets, he directly addressed his mother-in-law and posted a screenshot of an apparent text message he had sent Kris Jenner: ‘This Ye. You ready to talk now. Or are you still avoiding my calls.’

Among West's tweets, was this picture of himself with his children. Along with this picture, he wrote that 'West children will never do playboy'

Earlier Monday, before West’s Twitter meltdown, a Kardashian source told The Sun that ‘Kim wants Kanye to drop out of this race now and she told him if he does not she may drop him!’

The source said that Kardashian ‘lost her s**t’ when West stood on stage and tearfully screamed about the abortion discussion the couple had had prior to deciding to keep their daughter.

According to the source, West later told Kardashian and her mother, Kris, that ‘the only reason he said that was because he knew that he needed something big to get the attention on his campaign.’

West also allegedly told Kardashian that ‘she should know the game by now.’

Sources told TMZ that the family are ‘shocked beyond words’ by the Grammy-award winner’s personal revelation and feel he is in ‘desperate need of professional help’ for what they claim is a bipolar episode.

West has previously said that his wife along with billionaire and founder of Tesla Elon Musk were his advisors at the moment. He has also suggested that the CEO of SpaceX could be ‘the head of our space program.’

The source said that West said that it was still ‘so embarrassing to her’ in light of the fact that she has ‘built up the image of being so devoted to her children.’

Kardashian, according to the source, has now ‘had it’ with West and ‘does not believe that he is well enough to be running for president.’

West has been open about his struggle with bipolar disorder and, in 2016, he spent time in hospital after a ‘psychiatric emergency’ that forced him to cancel 21 concert dates.
