And, Lucy Mecklenburgh, 28, and Ryan Thomas spent quality time with their baby son Roman, on Friday morning, but unfortunately it appeared that the former TOWIE star’s silver Range Rover had been slapped with a parking ticket during their outing.
The pair were joined by 11-year old Scarlett – Ryan’s daughter with former partner and Coronation Street co-star Tina O’Brien – as they ventured to London’s Mayfair Restaurant Hush.

Following their time at the eatery, they then headed to Selfridges for a spot of shopping, and enjoyed a stroll in the sunshine.
But on return to their parked four-by-four, Ryan was seen removing a what appeared to be a parking ticket form the windscreen.
The Range Rover Fifty has a starting price from £84,015, and was a gift from Ryan to Lucy in June, following the birth of their son.

Joining the couple, Scarlett was dressed for climbing summer temperatures in a white vest top and denim skirt teamed with white trainers.

Slamming meal replacement shakes, the fitness enthusiast credited her slimmed-down figure to a balanced diet and a light exercise regime.

Lucy wrote: ‘A lot of people are asking me about my diet after Roman, but the answer is I’m not on one.
‘I eat three balanced meals a day, lots of water when I breastfeed and a few snacks e.g. oat cookies, hummus, rice cakes, half an avocado.
‘I do lots of walking and light exercises & stretches on @resultswithbump. And I’ve lost 4 stone!’ (sic)

She insisted her overhaul is all natural as she doesn’t take any weight loss drinks or meal replacements.
She added: ‘No fads, no slimming pills, no laxatives teas/ coffees and absolutely NO MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKES!!!’ (sic).
Meanwhile Ryan admitted he has been finding fatherhood intense with his newborn son as he didn’t fully appreciate it the first time round.

Ryan then reflected on how he has taken a different approach to fatherhood, admitting that he had a completely different experience of parenthood this time around.
He reasoned: ‘I was young and naive when I had Scarlett and I didn’t really appreciate it the way I do now.

‘I’m not working at the moment so I’m living and breathing what happens in our house and it’s just incredible what a woman can do.
‘To go through the pregnancy, the birth, learning to feed, it’s really inspiring to see.’
