Rebecca Judd’s slim physique is the envy of many women around the country.

She shared a video to Instagram demonstrating her 20-minute daily exercise routine.

The footage was captured in the backyard tennis court of her $7.3million mansion in Brighton, Melbourne.

‘As promised in my stories – my HIIT workout thanks to Keep It Cleaner,’ she wrote in the caption, referencing the workout program co-founded by Steph Claire Smith.

The mother of four designed the 20-minute workout using her favourite exercises from the fitness app, and has called it the ‘Bec Burner’.

In the footage, she flaunted her toned midriff in leopard print exercise shorts and a black Jaggad crop top while performing several burpees.

She then blitzed through the rest of the workout, including squat jumps, bicycle crunches and toe touches.

Her natural beauty shone as she performed the routine makeup free and with her long hair swept up into a high ponytail.

Rebecca added that people trying the workout at home can ‘modify the session’ to help them reach their own goals.

The TV and radio presenter previously told Daily Mail Australia that she likes to keep her diet relaxed, but always strives to have a healthy dinner.

Her day on a plate consists of muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner.

She also revealed that her children aren’t fussy eaters, which no doubt a good thing when it comes to cooking family dinners.

Of course, Rebecca does have a bit of a sweet tooth.

She regularly talks about her love of Cadbury Caramilk chocolate on Instagram and even campaigned for the confectionery to return when it was pulled from the market.
