The TV star didn’t name the ex in question although she has had a turbulent love life.
Lizzie was recently left heartbroken after splitting from her boyfriend Jeremy Gordeno, 53, amid claims he developed a close friendship with his former fiancée’s 21-year-old daughter.
The brunette beauty split from former footballer Jason Cundy in 2010 after 16 years of marriage after he met mezzo-soprano opera singer Hannah Pedley.
The pair are now married with a son, while Lizzie and Jason share two children, Josh, 25, and James, 20.
