MAFS’ Hayley Vernon looks almost unrecognisable showing results of jaw-slimming Botox injections

She’s had a remarkable transformation in recent months. 

And on Thursday, Married At First Sight star Hayley Vernon looked almost unrecognisable as she showed off the results of her jaw-slimming Botox injections.

The 33-year-old, who works as a labourer in Melbourne, posted a video of herself to Instagram while wearing glasses and a hardhat on a building site. 

‘Living the Australian dream,’ Hayley captioned the clip.  

In the video, she showed off her plump pout and wrinkle-free complexion. 

Back in May, Hayley revealed she’d had Botox injections in her jaw, that which left her with a slimmer-looking face. 

Hayley explained that years of clenching her jaw while weight training had made it become a more prominent feature.

‘After years of teeth clenching both in my sleep and whilst lifting weights my masseter muscles like any muscle we use had become increased in size!’ she captioned one post. 

The reality TV beauty explained she had Botox injected into her jaw which ‘froze the muscle stopping it from being over dominate’. 

It is the latest in a long list of cosmetics treatment for the construction worker who failed to find love with ‘husband’ David Cannon.

Since leaving Married At First Sight in October, Hayley has gone blonde, had filler treatments, received a ‘leg sleeve’ tattoo and got veneers.

Last month, the reality TV star candidly told fans about her Botox plans, saying she would be getting her first wrinkle reduction treatment around her crow’s feet and Botox in her forehead.

‘On Wednesday, I’m getting this fixed,’ she said in a video at the time, bringing the camera towards her eye to show her slight crow’s feet.  

‘And anti-wrinkle in my head. I’m pretty excited. I’ve only ever had Botox in my masseter for my jaw slimming which worked really well and I’ve had fillers done.

‘I’m really excited, I turn 33 in a month and I can definitely see signs of ageing,’ she finished.
