Gamma Communications board member Andrew Stone sold his entire stake in the telecoms group for £2.59million.
The non-executive director offloaded 180,551 shares in the AIM-listed firm, which offers products such as a business-only mobile service, for between 1435p and 1493p each.
He is a managing partner of St Albans Capital.
