The luxurious eco pad built by Australian musician Xavier Rudd is set to hit the market for $3.1 – 3.3 million.  

The sustainable property located in Jan Juc, Victoria was bought from Xavier by fashion designer Arabella Ramsay, before she sold it to the current owners, Clarissa Ramsey and Rania Awad, in 2016. 

And now according to realestate.com.au, Clarissa and Rania are putting the home back on the market.
