He turned the camera away from his giggling face to film the truck, giving fans a brief glimpse before the camera went off.
Holly and Phil will take a two-month break from This Morning for the summer from Friday.
During Tuesday’s episode, Phil joked bosses ‘can’t sack him’ due to their upcoming annual leave as they cheated during a game of Spin To Win.
Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford are expected to fill in for the dynamic duo, with special guests on Friday shows set to be announced in due course.

The participant said: ‘After 112 days I went to see my daughter last Friday who had been isolating for two weeks because she was due to have surgery.’
