Jennifer Garner’s stylist Rachel Zoe, 51, reveals the secret to her slender frame

Rachel Zoe commanded attention as stocked up on the essentials during a grocery run on Tuesday in Malibu. 

The 51-year-old fashion designer looked typically cool in a patterned black maxi dress, which she accessorized with a pair of over-sized black sunglasses and wedge espadrilles sandals. 

The stylist – who has worked with Nicole Richie, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Garner and Jennifer Lawrence – also gave away one of her diet secrets as she was seen carrying a six pack of zero calorie Zevia soda.

The sodas have zero calories and zero sugar with no artificial ingredients. The beverage is sweetened with the stevia leaf, according to Healthline.

Stevia, also called Stevia rebaudiana, is a plant that is a member of the chrysanthemum family, a subgroup of the Asteraceae family (ragweed family).

Stevia products are made from a highly refined stevia leaf extract called rebaudioside A (Reb-A).

The site added that sweeteners made with Reb-A are considered ‘novel sweeteners’ because they’re blended with different sweeteners, such as erythritol (a sugar alcohol) and dextrose (glucose). 

Rachel also carried LaCroix drinks which have zero calories and zero sweeteners, with no sodium.

For her solo outing, Zoe opted to style her signature blonde tresses in loose, romantic waves, which cascaded past her navy blue bandanna facial covering.  

While toting a box of LaCroix, the mother-of-two pulled down her CDC-recommended mask and put her pump pout on full display.  

The businesswoman has been vocal about the urgency of wearing masks in public and recently explained to her 3.3 Instagram followers they are ‘making a choice to save not just your own life but those around you.’ 

‘This is not a #political statement…,’ Zoe wrote under a selfie of herself in a black and white mask. 

‘Do it for the healthcare and frontline workers that have kept you safe and healthy over the last four months. #COVID-19 is not even close to over and getting worse by the day,’ she urged on June 30. 

On Wednesday, she showed off her ‘#mommyandme mask’ collection with an adorable snap of herself and six-year-old son, Kaius, covering their noses and mouths with matching leopard print cloth coverings.

‘This pandemic will only end if we all help together… it is the very least we can do. PLEASE show that you care and,’ she captioned her most recent post.  

She has been quarantining with her husband Rodger Berman, who also share a nine-year-old son Skyler. 

‘Just so grateful to be together’ she gushed with a heart emoji in a family photo with the three most important men in her life.  

In the adorable picture her children wear matching striped long sleeves, as she cuts a stylish figure in a white maxi dress and her husband rocks a blue and white tie-dye.
