Ed Westwick and girlfriend Tamara Francesconi pack on the PDA during a swim on the Amalfi Coast

They partied together at the reopening of exclusive member’s club Annabel’s in London on Saturday night.

And following their night on the tiles, Ed Westwick and his girlfriend Tamara Francesconi hopped on a plane to make the most of the eased lockdown restrictions, while holidaying on the Amalfi Coast earlier this week.

The Gossip Girl star, 33, and his model girlfriend, 23, only had eyes for each other as they packed on the PDA during a swim in the sea, while spending the day on the beach together.

Tamara turned up the heat as she held the actor in her arms and the couple put on an amorous display, while cooling off from their sun-soaked afternoon on the beach.

The South African native looked incredible in a strapless champagne bikini from PrettyLittleThing, which boasted dramatic gold detailing on the bust of her top and matching bikini bottoms.

Refusing to forgo the glamour, Tamara wore a full face of make-up including heavy brows, lashings of mascara and a deep plum lipstick for her dip in the water. 

She later changed into a beige bikini which was covered in lettered detailing, accessorised with a pair of chunky gold earrings. 

Celebrations were in order on the trip, as Tamara has just inked a deal with fashion brand PrettyLittleThing. 

Meanwhile, Ed showcased his muscular physique and series of tattoos in a a pair of colourful geometric print shorts, which he styled with a pair of black RayBan style shades.

Ed couldn’t contain his joy as he saw his gorgeous girlfriend wading into the water towards him.

Ed went public with Tamara during a Los Angeles outing in October, after insiders claimed the couple had been dating for weeks. 

A source told The Sun that Tamara is a hit with Ed’s close-knit family: ‘Tamara’s head over heels with him and Ed is proud to tell everyone Tamara is his girlfriend,’ the insider claimed. 

‘His friends and family all approve and think they’re a great match.’   

Their holiday comes after fans of the hit series Gossip Girl were eagerly anticipating a secretive announcement from Ed, though they were ultimately disappointed.

Ed teased on his social media platforms, ‘Got a little something for you…Tomorrow 1pm.. Hint….xoxo’ with an XOXO graphic that was the way the mysterious Gossip Girl ended each message.

Many fans thought the announcement was that he was going to return as his character Chuck Bass in the new sequel/soft reboot series that’s happening at The CW Network, but instead he announced a new line of face masks with the XOXO logo. 

Gossip Girl fans were left disappointed, leading to Ed responding to the backlash on social media.

Ed took to Twitter revealing a photo with him wearing one of the face masks, and adding that these sales would help a good cause as well.

‘We could all agree the world could use some hugs & kisses right now,’ he began his message.

‘Help me raise money for @kickitout to combat racism & discrimination for those who play, watch or work in football by shopping my collection ChuckBass.store,’ he added.

‘Let’s work together to make a difference!’ he concluded, with the link to his store revealing several different face mask designs, each available for $14.99, or a three-mask bundle for $34.99.

The Gossip Girl reboot is set eight years after the original series concluded, following a new group of Manhattan private school students.

Kristen Bell is returning to provide the ‘voice’ of Gossip Girl, with the producers hinting at the possibility for original stars to return since it’s set in the same universe as the original show.

Still, it doesn’t seem that Westwick will be returning as Chuck Bass, though he have a strong message for disappointed fans, of which there were many on Monday.
