Sylvia Jeffreys hits the beach with her sister Claire

She is a doting mother to her four-month-old son Oscar, who she shares with her husband, Peter Stefanovic. 

But on Tuesday, Sylvia Jeffreys enjoyed the company of her sister Claire, as the pair hit the beach for some much-needed downtime. 

The Channel Nine presenter looked happy and relaxed in the sun-kissed snap posted to Instagram, in which she commended her sister for effortlessly ‘juggling the strange demands of 2020’.

Donning their swimwear, shades, and straw hats the sisters appeared to be having a great time as they topped up their tans. 

Sylvia captioned the snap: ‘My sister @cfgoing, like so many parents, has had a fuller than full plate this year juggling the many strange demands of 2020. 

‘But, somehow, she still manages to find the time and mental capacity to be a shoulder and a sounding board and a giver of LOLs for the rest of us.’

Presumably talking about a holiday competition she wanted her sister to win, Sylvia added: ‘So, that’s why I’m nominating her for a bit of zen time with @aiavitalityaus & @endotaspa. 

‘I hope it offers a little namaste to get her through to our next annual #sistersweekend. There’s still time to nominate someone who you think deserves a bit of #aiaselfiecare at a time like this, the hard part is choosing just one!’ she concluded. 

Sylvia has had a busy few months herself, after welcoming little Oscar into the world with her husband Peter.

The blonde shared a sweet image of their son in a blue onesie at the time and said that he has ‘deep blue eyes’ and is ‘perfectly healthy’.

‘He’s absolute magic,’ she added.
