He is known for his bold outfit choices on The Voice Australia. 

However, fans have been quick to label coach Guy Sebastian as a ‘fashion victim’ after he wore the sleeveless mustard suit during The Playoffs on Sunday night’s episode. 

After the singer shared a behind-the-scenes video of the episode on his Instagram account on Sunday, followers didn’t hesitate to share their thoughts on his ensemble.

‘Love ya Guy … but that sleeveless suit is just too ….. too … um … well … just too fashion victim,’ said one user.

Of course not everyone hated Guy’s bold choice of suit, with some followers commenting: ‘Love the outfit.’

Guy’s two-piece outfit was custom made by Belancé World, whose suit jackets retail from around $1250 while pants retail around $400. 

He also wore shoes by Sebago and accessorised with jewellery by Miansai and Thomas Sabo. 

On his Instagram story Guy credited his styling to Sydney based stylists Dale Mckie.

In the video he posted, Guy said that ‘it was so good’ to be back filming the reality series in the video he posted and he thanked the crew fro their hard work. 

‘Tonight the Playoffs begin on @thevoiceau … these were supposed to be filmed late in March and it was postponed when the wheels fell off the world,’ he captioned the video. 

‘The team have done a sensational job to enable us to continue on with filming The Voice but it is a little bit different…’

Guy went on to explain how it was a ‘very weird’ experience filming without an audience. 

He also said that he ‘felt for the artists’, as there is no cheering or clapping after their performance from an audience. 

This comes as viewers have weighted in on Twitter about producers choosing to play ‘fake laughter’, amid the absence of a live studio
