Australian D-listers have truly mastered the art of extending their 15 minutes of fame.
While many fans were hoping to see a crop of fresh faces on Bachelor In Paradise this year, they were sorely disappointed when Channel 10 announced several familiar cast members would be returning for another season.
Perhaps the most recognisable face is Keira Maguire, who will join Bachelor In Paradise for a second time.

Keira, who made her Bachelor debut on Richie Strahan’s season in 2016, appeared in the first season of Paradise in 2018 where she found love with Jarrod Woodgate.
She and Jarrod had a rocky relationship before finally ending things in August 2019 – just in time for the blonde to sign up for another season of Paradise.
In a her promo for this season, Keira insisted that she’s returning to the franchise for love, but made no mention of whether she’s also looking to reignite her fizzling fame.

‘I just want that fairy tale, you know?’ Kiera told host Osher Gunsberg as she entered the resort.
Meanwhile, Jake Ellis is also back this year for his third stint on the franchise, after starring in Bachelor in Paradise in 2018 and Georgia Love’s season of The Bachelorette in 2016.
While starring on Paradise, Jake sparked romance with Bachelor star Megan Marx.

However, like Keira and Jarrod, the couple endured an on-and-off relationship and eventually announced their split in March 2019.
Elsewhere, Brittney Weldon is set to return to Bachelor In Paradise for a second time, after previously starring on the show in 2019.
The bubbly brunette, who appeared on Nick Cummins’ season of The Bachelor in 2018, had a brief romance with Ivan Krslovic on Paradise before things soured.

Reappearing on the Bachelor franchise certainly has its perks, including a boost in social media followers, sponsored Instagram deals and of course invitations to red carpet events.
Unfortunately, it seems finding love isn’t one of Paradise’s benefits, as none of the couples previously formed on the show have lasted the test of time.
