But Shayne Ward seemed to be keeping his spirits high by making the most of spending time with his family in lockdown on Sunday.
The former Coronation Street actor, 35, who won the X Factor in 2005, was spotted on a family walk in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Shayne finished off his look with some grey trainers.
Former Hollyoaks star Sophie, 36, was spotted standing behind Shayne in a black parka that she teamed with a bright green hoodie and a black baseball cap.

The couple were joined by their daughter, Willow, three, who had got out of her pram to have a walk around the shops during the day out.
Shayne recently revealed that he is staying positive about the delay to the wedding because he and Sophie are ‘together for life’.
Appearing an edition of Lorraine last month, he said: ‘We spoke about it, that’s what’s nice about it, everything can wait and there’s no rush.

‘We can do it next year. We are together for life, that’s the same regardless.’
Shayne announced his engagement to Sophie in December 2017, exactly a year after the birth of their daughter.
The couple began dating in early 2016, after Sophie split from her husband, fellow actor Graeme Rooney.
The X Factor winner previously spoke out about his devotion to daughter Willow-May, saying he was ‘born to be a dad’.
He told the Daily Mirror: ‘It is my sole purpose. Everything else in life is a hobby. People say I was born to sing but I think I was born to be a dad.’
Sophie played Lindsey Butterfield on the hit Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks from June 2013 to May 2016.
He said: ‘We can do it next year. We are together for life, that’s the same regardless’
The former Coronation Street star also discussed how he and Sophie were dealing with homeschooling Willow during the UK coronavirus lockdown.
He said: ‘Everything came to a stop, everyone was shocked but I think now everyone is getting into a routine with things.
‘With home-schooling, Sophie has been incredible with Willow, it’s become the great reset in a sense it’s inspired people, the thing we go through in life means we put things off.

‘My heart breaks for children because they don’t understand why they can’t see friends, when they see another child they run away scared.
‘We have to ensure in the long-term that it doesn’t do any psychological damage, but when she’s older we can explain it and she’ll understand.’
The star is now making a return to the music scene and has recorded a cover of Over The Rainbow to fundraise for the NHS.

Over The Rainbow was memorably sung by Shayne in the 2005 X Factor finale, which he won.
He said: ‘I filmed that video myself using my daughter’s blackout curtain, I am recording new music, doing what we can indoors
‘It was amazing, for the last 15 years I’ve been asked by family, friends and my mum to release that version, and understandably now it does feel like the right time. with everything the NHS are doing I wanted to do this and for this to be my tribute to them.’
