The Bachelor Australia has resumed filming, at Oxford Hills in Sydney, a new report revealed on Saturday.

Endemol Shine was forced to suspend on-site production of The Bachelor in March, due to the escalating COVID-19 pandemic.

While filming was suspended, Locky is believed to have had ‘virtual dates’ via Zoom with the women.

Channel 10 hasn’t announced an airdate for The Bachelor but it certainly won’t premiere before the conclusion of Bachelor in Paradise, which is likely to air after the MasterChef finale.

Locky first rose to fame as a contestant on Australian Survivor in 2017.

Last month, Channel 10 treated viewers to a four-second glimpse of The Bachelor ‘s eighth season during an ad break.

In the promo, Locky waited at the end of a pathway surrounded by rose petals as he prepared to meet the female contestants.

‘This is a whole new adventure and I just can’t wait,’ said the suitor, as two stunning brunettes walked over to him.

One of the women was dressed to impress in a yellow silk dress, while the other wore a thigh-split red gown.

Fireworks were set off as the woman in the red dress made her way down the stone steps towards Locky.
