Janet moved back to London in 2019 after previously moving out of the townhouse she shared with her estranged husband, Qatari multi-millionaire businessman Wissam Al Mana.

The couple, who married in 2012, announced their separation in April 2017 just four months after the birth of their son Eissa, three.

Janet was then spotted back in the city last year at an Open Mic night with her brother Jermaine, 65, who starred in the UK edition of Celebrity Big Brother back in 2007.

At the start of the year, Janet reflected on 2019 in a series of Instagram posts.

She thanked fans for supporting her Las Vegas residency in the first part of 2019, and highlighted the occasion of being inducted in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

‘It means so much to me to join my brothers,’ Janet wrote.

The sister of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5 added: ‘I hope in this next decade more women are inducted too.’

In a third post, Janet shared: ‘Of course another milestone this year was celebrating #RN30. I still cannot believe it’s been 30 years.’

‘#RhythmNation meant so much to me and I’m so grateful that it’s still meaningful to so many today.’
