Louise Thompson flaunts her sculpted abs in a blue crop top

She recently unveiled her incredible new physique after completing a three-month challenge.

And Louise Thompson was proudly flaunting her sculpted abs in a blue crop top as she prepared to travel into London for a photo shoot on Friday.

The Made In Chelsea star, 30, showed off her jaw-dropping figure as she geared up for her first trip into the capital since the beginning of lockdown.

Sharing a video of her low-key look, Louise looked incredible in a tiny blue crop top and grey tracksuit bottoms.

The star added that she’d reached the 10th week of her fitness challenge, and had been feeling ‘stronger than ever.’

It comes after Louise thanked her ‘haters’ for ‘making me strong’ in a defiant post on Instagram on Sunday of her figure clad in a green printed bikini.

The media personality raised her arms in the air to ensure her social media followers could see her sculpted abs, and opted for minimal accessories.

A confident Louise captioned the images: ‘To all the haters over the years, thanks for making me strong. If you can learn to use criticism as fuel ⛽️, you will never run out of energy.’ (sic) 

The TV star was encouraged to embark on a healthier lifestyle when she first started dating fiancé Ryan Libbey in 2016, and has since adopt her own love for fitness.

In April, the blonde beauty left fans in awe as she unveiled the results of a three-month challenge.

Louise was later forced to prove she’d transformed her shape after she was accused of editing her snaps by a follower. 

The reality star shared an email that claimed she posted a ‘clearly (and poorly) edited progression picture’, which ‘portrayed unachievable results’.  

Furiously hitting back, she penned: ‘It’s such a shame. But there are always gonna be some haters who couldn’t possibly bring themselves to say anything nice about someone’s progress.
