Katie showed off her one stone weight loss earlier this year after completing a 12-week transformation challenge, which included increasing her activities to walking 15,000 steps a day.

Speaking to MailOnline, Katie said: ‘I just wanted to be healthier really, I kind of let my health and fitness take a back seat when I was filming because I was heavily filming all the time.

‘I just put on some weight and I noticed I wasn’t feeling very healthy. I wanted to kick-start my health basically, so yeah I felt amazing for it, I’m glad I’ve done it.

‘I think your health’s important. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been eating more than I normally do, and I have put a bit of weight on, I think everybody has! But I make sure I’m training all the time, I’m active, just so it’s still going round.’
