‘To be honest, I just feel so demotivated. I don’t know what it is but the past couple of weeks I don’t want to move. I don’t want to do anything. I don’t want to learn.

‘I don’t want to exercise. I just can’t be bothered. It comes to the point this lockdown thing, it sort of seemed fun at first and seemed like a weird holiday that you didn’t want to go on but it ended but feeling alright.

‘I want to get back to work. I want to get motivated again. Does anyone else feel like that? I wasn’t even motivated enough to take my mascara off last night.’

Olivia told fans she is sure she will feel better in a few days as she reflected on how she has gone from keeping active to not wanting to do anything at all on the 102nd day of lockdown.

‘I was working out every morning. I was really on it. I was really fit,’ she said.

‘Now I just don’t give a s**t I just don’t care anymore. I have that all the time like one minute I’m on it, the next week I’m not. I’m such an up and down person.

‘I just wanted to come on here and share that vibe and see if anyone feels it as well.’

Despite not feeling her best, the star had uploaded a slew of sultry shots on her Instagram page.

In one, Olivia looked incredible in a tight butterfly print lilac bodysuit and denim shorts, while in another she rocked a cropped tracksuit.

Olivia and husband Alex are estimated to be worth £4.5million after their brief stint on reality TV.

The couple, who shot to fame during the second series of the popular ITV2 show in 2016, have made their new-found fortune through modelling contracts, club appearances and TV roles.

Speaking to The Sun on Sunday, Olivia said: ‘We have definitely been lucky but there is no guarantee that you will strike it rich from going on Love Island.

Since leaving the show, Alex, 28, landed modelling deals for BoohooMAN, Hype and Gym King in deals thought to be worth around £200,000 as well as banking more than £700,000 from club appearances.

Olivia has similarly earned around £200,000 through a modelling contract with Rocky Star, landing a presenting role on TLC’s Second Chance Dresses and releasing a clothing range with MissPap.

And with a huge house to renovate it is no wonder, the blonde beauty is keen to get back to work.

The star added all of her money at the moment was going into creating a brand new kitchen, where the living room used to be.

Upbeat: She penned a lengthy caption which read: 'IT'S TIME for the "Gimme More Core" real-time workout on @shreddy. This was a challenging one but felt sooooo good!'

Time to reflect: ‘I was working out every morning. I was really on it. I was really fit,’ she said
