Former Married At First Star Connie Crayden has continued in her quest for a complete body and image transformation.
On Thursday, she revealed that she is getting body contouring after losing a massive 20kg.
Posting to her Instagram story, the makeup artist shared a video of herself getting fat cavitation at Body Shapest in Melbourne.

‘Fat cavitation uses ultrasound waves to liquefy fat,’ she commented on the video.
Connie added: ‘It’s great for body contouring, fluid retention, bloating (I get this bad) & helps to kick start lymphatic system.’
The treatment is non-invasive, has no downtime and can be used on a number of areas of the body, including thighs, stomach, back, arms and more.
The reality star-turned-influencer said that she is getting the treatment on ‘stubborn areas’ where she has struggled to lose weight.

‘I got my hips and abdomen treated, I will keep you updated on my journey.’
Her treatment comes as she revealed that she lost 20kg in the past 20 months.
However, she didn’t share any images of her weightloss journey on social media as she was ’embarrassed.’

‘I don’t have photos on my socials, I was v embarrassed & it contributed to the reason as to why I had such low self esteem,’ she wrote.
‘With ALOT of hard work and dedication I managed to lose all the weight. I am now v healthy and v comfortable with where I am at.’
Connie signed with Society Eight Management in May to help her secure more opportunities as an Instagram influencer.
