Kourtney Kardashian dares her family to take on the ‘wear a damn mask’ selfie challenge… after sisters Kim, Kylie and Kendall have all emerged in public without one during pandemic

Kourtney Kardashian is challenging her famous family to wear a face mask to help fight the spread of the coronavirus, as many of them have been pictured without them recently during the pandemic.

On Thursday, Kourtney took to her social media to accept the ‘wear a damn mask’ challenge’ saying ‘your turn’ as she tagged sisters Kim Kardashian West and Khloe Kardadhian as well as her momager Kris Jenner.

Kourtney, 41, also tagged singer Rosalia, hair stylist Jen Atkin, singer Harry Hudson, Allie Rizzo, and Addison Rae, asking them to post a selfie as proof of them wearing protective wear across their face.

Kim was recently seen out with her husband Kanye showing off her new red hair ‘do, and was noticeably without a face mask despite the warnings.

Similarly, sisters Kendall and Kylie have also been pictured on nights out in public lately not covering their faces.

Jennifer Aniston has been one of the leading celebrities to join in on the ‘#wearadamnmask’ challenge, as coronavirus cases continue to soar across the US.

Other stars who have been joining the challenge include Tracee Rllis Ross and Kerry Washington.

The hashtag is said to have been started by designer Tory Burch, in an attempt to encourage users on social media to help stop COVID-19 infections while out in public, as 16 states have now halted plans to re-open businesses as normal.

‘I am sure you all are seeing what I am seeing, COVID 19 rates in the USA are rising at a truly scary rate,’ Tory Burch wrote on Instagram.

‘One thing I know for sure is that there’s a very easy way each of us can help, and that’s to #WearaDamnMask whenever we are in public. #WearaDamnMask because we want to protect ourselves and, even more importantly, we want to protect others.’

‘#WearaDamnMask because clearly, the doctors and data say we are not going to beat this pandemic unless we each do our part to get rid of it. #WearaDamnMask because is it not a political issue, it is an issue of saving lives. #WearaDamnMask because it is the only way to keep our most vulnerable safe and the only way to get our economy back on track,’ she concluded.
