She’s blissfully in love after getting engaged to partner Michael Strutt in April.
And Chantelle Houghton, 36, shared a picture of herself on a fishing trip with her love as she excitedly posed with her catch of the day.
However, while she was having a lovely time, she was clearly feeling self-conscious about her looks during lockdown, even though she still looks lovely.

It’s fair to say that closed salons, boredom and snacking has got many people feeling less than their best and Chantelle wanted to post something real about her feelings.

But regardless, she still had a big smile on her face as she enjoyed her day out and is clearly feeling very happy in her personal life.
Chantelle, who was previously married to musician Preston Samuel, previously wrote about Michael on Instagram.
She penned: ‘I will love this man forever, he is my rock and loves me unconditionally.

Chantelle found fame on Celebrity Big Brother 4 in 2006, where she was tasked with trying to the convince her fellow housemates she was a genuine star, by claiming she was a member of the pop group Kandy Floss.
She went onto win that series of CBB and sparked a romance with Ordinary Boys singer Preston.
They married seven months after leaving the house, before splitting in June 2007.
Despite their brief marriage, Chantelle recently revealed that she and Preston have remained friends.
Appearing on This Morning recently, she told hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford: ‘We’re still in touch, we actually did a photo shoot together.
‘It’s lovely, obviously the romance didn’t work out but we’re still friends which is amazing.’
