TOWIE’s Frankie Sims and a shirtless Harry Lee pack on the PDA during a VERY affectionate work-out

Filming for the ITVBe reality series halted filming back in March amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

And it appears that TOWIE stars Frankie Sims and Harry Lee have been making the most of their downtime together as they were seen working up a sweat during a very affectionate work-out session on Tuesday.

Frankie, 25, showcased her slender frame in a pink crop top and matching shorts while a shirtless Harry, also 25, couldn’t help but showcase his rippling muscles as they worked out in an Essex park.

Following a turbulent last series of TOWIE, the pair proved they were firmly back on track as they packed on the PDA during an outdoor work-out session. 

The pair certainly made the most of the great outdoors as they performed a series of exercises including sit-ups, push-ups and boxing.

And at one point Harry was put through his paces as he performed a series of squats with his girlfriend on his back.

While Frankie then spiced things up a bit as she turned to face him while wrapping her legs around his waist.

The sister of of show regulars Chloe and Demi was on fine form for her outing, teaming her sporty pink ensemble with a pair of matching pink socks and white trainers.

She kept her long blonde tresses loose for the occasion, while she upped the glam with a sleek palette of make-up. 

Meanwhile, Harry dressed his muscular frame in nothing but navy blue shorts, adding bright blue socks and navy trainers to his look.   

Frankie sensationally dumped her on/off beau Harry on TOWIE earlier this year after it came to light that he hadn’t been entirely honest about his flirtation with her close friend Ella Rae Wise.

But by the end of the series the couple were back together, after the club promoter grovelled his way back into Frankie’s arms by spending a Halloween party lying in a coffin.

The pair had endured a dramatic showdown, where she dumped him after hashing out the details of their row.

Frankie was left furious after Harry’s lies unravelled and it was revealed that he had been flirting with Ella during a trip to Thorpe Park, which he initially denied.

But the couple soon kissed and made up and judging by the latest snaps, they are happier than ever.

Earlier this month, it was revealed that The Only Way Is Essex will return to screens this autumn with a host of classic stars to celebrate the show’s 10th Anniversary.

ITVBe bosses confirmed that fans will get their fix of Essex drama later this year, with the show set to air two episodes a week.

It was also confirmed that to celebrate TOWIE’s 10th Anniversary many of the show’s most iconic stars will be appearing in guest roles throughout the series.

For the new series, TOWIE will return to its previous broadcast pattern by airing episodes on both Sundays and Wednesdays. 

Along with giving fans to catch up on what stars such as Amber Turner, Chloe Sims and Olivia Attwood have been up to during the lockdown, there will also be surprise appearances from some of the show’s biggest stars from the past decade.

Last series saw the famous county more action-packed than ever before, with Dan and Amber choosing the ditch Chloe Simms’ birthday causing even more tension between the trio.

Elsewhere Olivia was caught up in ‘olive-gate’ and clashed with the girls left, right and centre, and Harry finally asked Frankie to be his girlfriend.
