‘A show no-one cares about any more’: Studio 10 in ‘extraordinary decline’ amid plunging ratings – but Channel Ten denies it’s facing the axe
Studio 10 is ‘going downhill’ amid shocking ratings, a new report claimed on Monday.
The Daily Telegraph quoted an alleged source who claimed the show is in a ‘decline’ and has lost the interest of audiences.
The alleged source is quoted as saying: ‘The decline of Studio 10 has been extraordinary to watch.

‘The show went from fan-favourite and media darling to a show no-one seems to care about any more’.
They went on to allege: ‘There’s a lot of chatter within the industry on how it is managing to stay afloat with the ratings as bad as they are.’
Channel 10 has denied there are plans to cancel the show, despite it recording its lowest ever ratings in April.

A source claimed to Woman’s Day: ‘Studio 10 has had an axe looming over it, and Ten were in complete panic mode a few weeks back [in February] when the show’s ratings dipped to a worrying low of 33,000 metro viewers.’
‘But the next day, execs heavily promoted Denise on the show and there was a huge spike of 10,000 viewers,’ they added.
Studio 10 bosses are said to be relying on Denise to keep ratings up, but they’re worried because she already has one foot out the door.

A Network Ten spokesperson said in March: ‘Sarah, Joe, Angela, Kerri-Anne, Denise, Natarsha and Narelda make up the much-loved and respected Studio 10 family, and that’s how it’ll stay.’
The Studio 10 lineup consists of Sarah Harris, Joe Hildebrand, Kerri-Anne Kennerley, Angela Bishop, Natarsha Belling and newcomer Narelda Jacobs.
Karl Stefanovic’s ex-wife, Cassandra Thorburn, appears as an occasional panelist and Jono Coleman presents the advertorial segments.
