Former Married At First Sight star Jessika Power, 28, recently split with her boyfriend James Brown, 35, after four months together.
And the reality star revealed on Monday that the breakup has left her feeling ‘destroyed’ and ‘broken’.
Posting to her Instagram Story Jessika wrote a lengthy piece revealing that she is struggling from ‘depression‘ and needs ‘self care’.

‘I need somewhere I can relax’: In a second slide on her story, Jessika went on to ask for health retreat recommendations in her hometown the Gold Coast
‘It’s common knowledge now that I have been through a breakup,’ she wrote.
‘But the last few days have left me destroyed and broken and I’m struggling to help pull myself out of depression to help myself mend and feel better.
‘I think I need some self care to try and relax, keep my mind busy and to feel a little bit more like myself again.’

‘I need somewhere I can relax and build my mental health and confidence back before I try to process what’s happened,’ she added.
