Fans congratulate Jennifer Hawkins on the sale of her $20million Sydney home

The future is certainly looking bright for Jennifer Hawkins and her husband, Jake Wall, as they prepare to move out of the palatial Northern Beaches home they built from the ground up.

The 36-year-old model enjoyed a cosy night in with Jake, 37, and their baby daughter, Frankie Violet, on Monday, just hours after it was reported they had sold their mansion for $20million.

Jennifer shared a photo to Instagram of herself sitting on her marble kitchen benchtop alongside her property developer partner and their eight-month-old little girl.

Domain reported on Monday that Jennifer and Jake had finally sold their Newport mansion after finding a buyer willing to meet their steep $20million asking price.

The waterfront home, which had been on the market for six months, was sold by listing agent Ken Jacobs, who on Monday flagged the property online as ‘sold’.

Jennifer first listed the palatial home for sale back in November, just weeks after welcoming her first child.

The former beauty queen was hoping to move closer to her family in Northern NSW, but her plans were put on hold after she and Jake struggled to find a buyer.

The property’s listing agent, Mr Jacobs, told The Daily Telegraph in April that the COVID-19 restrictions had made it difficult for the couple to sell.

‘It’s in a holding pattern of sorts,’ Ken told the publication.

He added: ‘It’s an issue of getting access. We would normally do inspections by appointment only anyway, but there is now the question of verifying with buyers where they have travelled.’

At the time, coronavirus lockdown rules permitted people to sell their homes, but there were a number of restrictions put in place to stop the virus from spreading that made sales challenging.
