The Voice coach Kelly Rowland broke down in tears during Sunday night’s episode.
After watching Andy Dexterity perform sign language to Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody during the battles with Caleb Jago-Ward, the 39-year-old got emotional.
Kelly revealed how her mother Doris Rowland Garrison who died from a heart attack in 2014, used sign language, and always wished that she too had ‘learned more’.

‘That was absolutely beautiful, thank you, I felt it,’ Kelly told Andy, 35, from her chair.
‘I told you my mother signed, but I wish I would have learned more,’ she continued.
‘Every time I see you sign, and you do it with so much passion as she did, so it’s awesome.’

Kelly’s mother Doris passed away at age 66 in late 2014 from a heart attack, just three weeks after the singer welcomed her first child, son Titan, now five, with husband Tim Weatherspoon.
In May 2017, Kelly spoke candidly about the tragic passing of her mother in an interview with Australian Who magazine.
‘It just came out of nowhere,’ the Destiny’s Child star recalled. ‘I remember when they pulled the plug.’
Kelly told Andy: ‘I told you my mother signed, but I wish I would have learned more. Every time I see you sign, and you do it with so much passion as she did, so it’s awesome’
‘It was hard because I’d just watched my son come into this world and I actually watched her go.’
Kelly added that there is ‘not a day that goes by that I don’t think of her’.

‘Your voice is amazing, you’re like Australia’s Adam Lambert,’ Boy George, 59, said.
‘That’s the closest connection, I heard your voice. What you did at the end was so beautiful. It had a softness to it,’ he continued.
