Tammy Hembrow has never been afraid to stand out.
And on Saturday, the fitness influencer stepped out with a small white bandage on her right cheek while celebrating her friend’s birthday on the Gold Coast.
The 26-year-old’s outing came just hours before she revealed her new facial piercing on Instagram.

Tammy wore a blue knotted top and matching jeans for the outing, which distracted from the small bandage on her face.
She teamed the stylish outfit with a silver chain necklace and pink Chanel bag, which retails for $8,390.
Tammy styled her long blonde hair in a low ponytail and wore a full face of makeup for the event.

On Sunday, the mother-of-two revealed her new body modification when she shared a video of herself posing in her car to Instagram.
She tilted her face from side to side, showing off the small silver stud underneath her eye and wrote: ‘Pierced my face.’
Tammy also recently joked about getting a face inking while revealing her extensive body of work as she showed off her 13 tattoos in a YouTube clip in April.
Her ink includes a large and faded rose tattoo on her torso that she got when she was 16 or 17, the birth date of her son Wolf on her ribs, and her daughter Saskia’s name on the inside of her arm.

Tammy also has a small pair of angel wings on her back, a star behind her ear, and a tattoo of the year she met her best friend on her finger – which she claims has worn off.
She previously revealed that she’d had a pair of angel wings tattooed on her back to represent all the ‘hard times’ she’d been through in recent years.
‘It was a lot to go through and this was my symbol for strength… and to represent my faith,’ she said, referencing her split from Reece Hawkins in 2018.
