Sonia Kruger is known for her age-defying beauty.
But despite her good looks, the media personality has one major regret when it comes to her appearance.
Speaking to the Herald Sun, the Queensland-born beauty says she regrets running around in the harsh sun without sunscreen during her youth.

‘I often wonder how much better my skin would look today if we had been more sun smart back then,’ she admitted.
‘Now I am just trying to repair the damage that has already been done. Thankfully we have some great technology now,’ she added.
The blonde beauty recently underwent a laser genesis treatment to treat some of her skin conditions, which includes rosacea.
Sonia is currently hosting Channel Seven’s Big Brother reboot.

And viewers of the show have certainly taken note of the 54-year-old’s ageless appearance, with many commenting on social media about how good she looks.
