Jeff Ross denies ‘disgusting allegations’ of sexual misconduct with a minor

Comedian Jeffrey Ross has vehemently denied accusations of sexual misconduct with a minor.

After claims began circulating on social media earlier this week, the comic posted a lengthy statement denying the ‘disgusting allegations’ that he says have been investigated ‘numerous times’ and now intends to take legal action.

Ross said, in part: ‘Let me be clear, these disgusting allegations asserts against me are absolutely not true. I have never engaged in any sexual relationship with a minor.’ 

The comic was accused of sexual misconduct by woman named Jessica Radtke, who claimed he was 33 and she was 15 amid a series of incidents in a three-year-span between 1999 and 2001.

Radtke has set up social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram under the handle Iwas15hewas33 to detail her account of her alleged experience with Ross.

The screename references their respective ages, as she said their relationship began in 1999 in a video she posted to social media last October.  

Radtke claimed that the 54-year-old comic, a mainstay on Comedy Central celebrity roasts, sexually assaulted her and took inappropriate Polaroid photographs of her when she was underage.

However, Ross said in his response ‘This story is old news. It has been investigated numerous times and thoroughly reviewed and never published. The witnesses and evidence do not support these despicable allegations.’

He added: ‘I intend to take legal action based on these untrue horrific allegations because no one, no matter how sick they are, should be allowed to continue to try and benefit from false stories while attempting to destroy others.’

Radtke, in her clip, claimed she had documented her time with Ross, whose full name is Jeffrey Ross Lifschultz, with a series of photographs showing their time together and people they were associated with.

Radtke said on Facebook that she’s seeking legal representation in New York and California to sue Ross and others associated with him in connection with the alleged incidents.

Radtke referred to an essay she allegedly penned in a class in 2005 after the relationship, in which she detailed how she moved to New York with her dad at the age of 14, and got a job as on the stand-up comedy circuit as a secretary for the Boston Comedy Club.

Ross finished his denial statement saying: ‘Although this accusation is false, I want there to be no doubt of my commitment to victims of sexual assault.’
