Naomi Campbell, 50, hints she’s no longer on speaking terms with ex boyfriend Skepta, 37

‘I have remained friends with all my exes… except the last one’: Naomi Campbell, 50, hints she’s no longer on speaking terms with Skepta, 37

Naomi Campbell has suggested she’s no longer on speaking terms with her ex boyfriend Skepta.

The supermodel, 50, was romantically linked with the Grime artist, 37, in 2018, though they never publicly confirmed their relationship, and while the British beauty is on good terms with all her previous ex-boyfriends, she admitted she isn’t friends with her ‘last’ ex.

Speaking to Times Weekend magazine, Naomi said that she still meets up with her other famous exes Mike Tyson and Robert DeNiro, but can’t say the same for her most recent ex.

Discussing who she has dated, she said: ‘Why don’t you say it the other way round? Surely it was their privilege just as much as mine to be with them? But yes, I had some wild and exciting times until I changed my life aged 29.

‘Whatever they say about me, I have remained friends with all my exes… except the last one.’

Asked if she means Skepta, she simply said: ‘A lady never discusses the details of her private life.’

The model went on to explain that she thinks it’s a ‘waste’ to lose people from her life after her relationships end.

‘I do know that friendship is the thing that lasts. I saw Robert De Niro just before lockdown and I’ve talked to Mike [Tyson) on the phone. It’s such a waste to lose people,’ she said.

These days, Naomi’s female friendships are the most important thing to her.

She said: ‘You get to the point where the best thing and most nurturing experience is a deep conversation with a woman’s woman.

‘I’m telling you, for laughs and wisdom, an evening with Sharon Stone is the best night out there is.’

Naomi and Skepta were reportedly dating for around five months in 2018, with the rapper even referencing her in the song Interlude, claiming she wore sexy underwear for him during a video call.

He penned: ‘How can I fall asleep when I’m on this FaceTime with Nao… shh. She got them Victoria Secrets that she’s tryna show me.’

In August 2018, Naomi unfollowed Skepta after he posted a baby scan on Instagram, leading fans to question whether or not they might be expecting.

She deleted any trace of him from her social media, including their raunchy GQ cover which had been released in March of that year.

In December 2018, Skepta’s daughter River was born, and in an interview with his sister Julie Adenuga on Apple Music’s Beats 1, the rapper revealed he initially kept the news to himself after experiencing two miscarriages with his partner at the time, who he has not named.

He has since been romantically linked to Adele.

The two’s close friendship is thought to have developed further following the singer’s divorce, but back in March Skepta hinted at ‘a doomed romance’ in a new album track.
