MAFS’ Stacey Hampton ‘moves on with a Melbourne businessman’

Married At First Sight star Stacey Hampton endured a ‘bad breakup’ two weeks ago.

But the 26-year-old appears to be far from heartbroken, according to a source close to the blonde beauty.

The insider told Daily Mail Australia on Sunday that Stacey’s ‘new boyfriend, yet to be named, is a business owner in Melbourne’.

‘They began as friends and while she found out bad news in her family, he was there for her and it blossomed from there,’ the source went on to say. 

Stacey also looks to be somewhat ready to go public with a new man, if her latest Instagram Story posts are anything to go by.

On Sunday, the law graduate shared a short clip of casually dressed man seated next to her in a luxury vehicle, alongside the caption ‘missing you’. 

Stacey also posted a photo of herself holding onto a Louis Vuitton shopper bag, with the caption ‘so spoilt’ and a love heart emoji.  

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Stacey for comment.  

Meanwhile, on June 6, Stacey split from boyfriend Michael Fares, after hinting at issues in their relationship in an Instagram post.  

Stacey had only gone Instagram official with Michael on the Wednesday that week.  

The news came after Stacey broke down in tears in an Instagram post, where she told her fans that a family member has terminal cancer.  

Dressed casually, an emotional Stacey said: ‘Sorry I’ve just found out some really bad news with my family.’

Having received ‘beautiful messages’ of support following the post, the reality star took to Instagram again a day later, to explain her situation.

‘I’m not okay, it’s okay to not be okay, I’ve finally realised this,’ she wrote. 

‘I’m hurting and it’s okay to hurt how you see fit. We’re all different. I’m blessed to wake up to my children every day, and my mother and my friends.’

Stacey revealed that she was ‘crying most of last night’ but now feels ‘a bit better’ after a sleep-in.   

‘I now have my children to cuddle me. I received a message from my “partner’s” friend to leave him alone,’ she continued.

‘I just found out there is terminal cancer in my family close. However, apparently I’m treating my partner like sh*t for crying and going to bed, and wanting to be left alone.

‘I’m done being nice. I just need my kids. My true friends know me and they know I never cry and it’s serious.’  

Stacey later confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that she has called it quits with Michael for good. 

Michael wrote in an Instagram Story post at the time that they aren’t exes as they ‘only spent three days together’.
