Even amid a global pandemic and social unrest, Christina Anstead has continued to keep fitness at the forefront of her mind.
But instead of achieving her daily endorphin rush solo, the 36-year-old HGTV star welcomed the company of four-year-old son Brayden during a stroll through Newport Beach on Friday morning.
Christina showed off her enviably toned arms in a cropped Alo Yoga tank top as she trekked down the sidewalk with one hand on her dog Cash’s leash and the other on Brayden’s bicycle handle.

She paired her trendy tank with some maroon athletic leggings and had a black hooded sweatshirt tied around her trim waist.
Christina rounded out her ensemble with a pair of black and white Nike trainers and some black oversized sunglasses.
Her blonde hair was parted down the middle and tied back into a ponytail.
Her son Brayden could not help but beam as he sat atop his snazzy red, white, and black bicycle that still had training wheels on it.

He suited up for his morning outing in a grey graphic tee and a pair of grey sweatpants that coordinated with his pint-sized Nike sneakers.
Christina proved to be a responsible mom by making Brayden wear a helmet that happened to feature an English flag on it.
After assisting her son on his neighborhood ride, Christina embarked on a quick jog with French bull dog Cash.

The former couple wed back in 2009, but their marriage came to an end in 2018.
El Moussa has been in a romantic relationship with Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young, 32, since 2018. They moved in together after just three weeks of dating.
In a recent interview with Fox News, Young opened up about being what she calls a ‘bonus mom’ to El Moussa’s two children with ex Christina.
‘I call myself their bonus mom because I’m not their stepmom,’ Young said. ‘I’ve never been around children this much. I do worry a lot more. I’m a worrier and I always worry about the kids! I’ve never felt this sense of worry like making sure they’re always OK,’ explained the former PlayBoy model.
Young admitted that she was taken by surprise about how emotionally attached she had become to Taylor and Brayden.

‘It’s been incredible. I feel so fulfilled. Every week we get them back from his ex I see changes in them.
‘Even his son went from not talking very much to full-blown talking and laughing. It’s just really cute to see. I’ve never experienced that,’ said Heather.
As for making the transition from girlfriend to wife in the near future, Heather sees it as a clear next step for herself and El Moussa’s ever growing relationship.
‘I do see it. I’m leaving that up to him but it’s definitely the direction we’re going in. We just enjoy every day being together.’
